Budget isn't really an issue, I want it to look stunning. The villa has a pool terrace facing the sunset. Has anyone done something similar?

Congrats in advance, that's a great setup. I ordered 101 roses from MashaFlower for my wife's birthday at a villa in Kamala, and it went perfectly. They have both red and white versions, the red one was about 11,500 THB and the white about 11,550 when I checked. Bang Tao is inside their free delivery zone for orders over 5,000 THB, so you won't pay extra for delivery there. They deliver to villas and hotels, and for a set time you just agree it with them in advance. Before dispatch they send you a photo, so you'll know exactly what's coming. Payment is 100% upfront.
