I've been taking my 2016 Dodge Journey to the same garage for the last couple of years, mostly out of convenience because it's close to my office, but I've had a few niggling doubts about the quality of their work recently and I think it might be time to look elsewhere. The last time I took it in for a service, they took way longer than they said they would and I felt like they were just guessing when they tried to explain what they'd done, plus I noticed they'd used a non-genuine oil filter which didn't exactly fill me with confidence. I know the Journey isn't exactly the most exciting Dodge out there, but it's a reliable family hauler that does everything I need it to do and I want to make sure it's being looked after properly by people who actually know these cars. I've been asking around and a few people have mentioned that if you're looking for the best Dodge service center in Musaffah, there are a couple of places out there that specialise in American cars and have a really good reputation for quality work and fair pricing. I'm planning to take it in for a proper inspection soon because I've noticed a slight vibration at highway speeds and I want to get it checked out before it becomes a bigger problem, but I'm a bit nervous about trying somewhere new because I've had mixed experiences in the past. Has anyone got any recommendations for a reliable workshop in that area that actually knows their way around Dodges and won't try to upsell me on things I don't need? I'm not looking for the cheapest option because I've learned the hard way that cheap often ends up costing more in the long run, but I also don't want to be paying dealership prices if I can avoid it. Just want somewhere honest and competent where I can build a relationship and know my car's in good hands. Any suggestions would be really appreciated because I'm tired of feeling uncertain every time I drop my car off somewhere.
